How do I get set up with Elevate Freight Partners?
Enter your DOT number on this page. We confirm it with FMCSA and email a setup link to the address FMCSA has on file. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
Which documents will I need?
Your W-9, MC certificate if you have an MC, a certificate of insurance, a certificate naming Elevate Freight Partners Inc as certificate holder, a voided check for each ACH or wire account, and a notice of assignment if you work with a factoring company.
How do I get paid?
Directly, through your factoring company, or both — by ACH, wire transfer or EFS. You pick your default method during setup.
Where does my insurance certificate go?
Ask your insurance provider to send it, with Elevate Freight Partners Inc as certificate holder, to [email protected]. Your setup is approved once it has been received and verified.
